• Copy, modify or reverse engineer any part of the platform

• Use automated tools to scrape, extract or harvest data

• Disrupt or interfere with platform performance or security

Any breach of these rules may result in restricted access or account termination.

AI Course Creation Tools

Neurofy includes AI tools to support course creation.

Users are responsible for:

• Reviewing all AI-generated content

• Checking the accuracy of materials produced

• Ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal requirements

• Confirming they have permission to use uploaded content

Neurofy does not guarantee the accuracy or legal suitability of AI-generated outputs.

Uploading Content

You may upload documents and materials to create training content.

By uploading content, you confirm that:

• You have the legal right to use and share the material

• The content does not infringe intellectual property rights

• Confidential information is not included without proper authorisation

• The content complies with all applicable laws

We reserve the right to remove any content that does not comply with this policy.

Security Responsibilities

Users must take appropriate steps to protect their account details and prevent unauthorised access.

• Login credentials must not be shared with unauthorised users

• Any suspected breach or unauthorised access should be reported immediately
